Curtis started his career working in the New Faces development division for Boss Models and Karin Models, two of the most prestigious modeling agencies in the world. During his five years at the agencies, Curtis helped shape the careers of many top fashion models, including Raeven Western, Shakara Ledard, Agola Kataka and Chris Collins who went on to shoot campaigns for Ralph Lauren. Through his work, he formed strong relationships with designer fashion brands and connections with celebrities. Both were a natural progression for Curtis to pursue a career in fashion styling. replica watches UK

As a stylist, Curtis has traveled the world directing photo shoots for brand campaigns like Nike, Levis, Members Only, VANS, Umbro, Kenneth Cole, Jamie Moore and Edwing D’Angelo. His
work has been featured in Harper’s Bazaar, Town and Country, Details, WWD and Glamour
Magazine, Including a billboard in Times Square.

In 2001, Curtis was a key part of the launch of KING Magazine, one of the first international men’s magazines created for African American young men. The magazine featured iconic, strong women such as Janet Jackson, Tyra Banks, Lil Kim and Serena Williams on its covers. As Senior Market Editor for KING, Curtis focused on building the fashion content with each issue and worked closely with several noted fashion photographers who helped make his vision a realization. Other editors at Harris Publications noticed Curtis’ work with KING (a part of Harris). Soon, he worked as a fashion consultant with additional publications under the Harris umbrella to help elevate its fashion.

With his unique eye for coordination and style, plus a plethora of fashion contacts, Curtis combined the worlds of men’s high fashion and premium streetwear seamlessly through his work at KING. In 2005, KING was named the No. 1 men’s magazine at the newsstand, outselling the “lad mags” of the era. The following year, Curtis would once again make history as Fashion Director with the launch of CLIK Magazine, the first African American LGBTQ fashion publication to be distributed internationally.

Curtis’ visual stylings helped to shape a generation by further bridging the gap between streetwear and high fashion, representing inclusivity at the newsstands and on the pages of magazines. Curtis was doing what others had not done before and making history. fake watches

He’s also a certified television field producer in NY and has created content for stations across the state. Before producing television shows, he got his start in front of the camera as a dancer in the TLC music video, “What About Your Friends.” Curtis has been on TV shows like “NY Undercover,” “Judge Judy,” “The Real Housewives of New York,” “Real Housewives of Atlanta” and the MTV documentary, “Mario and His Mom.” Most recently, Curtis was part of a pilot cast for a new reality series based on the making of a star, which gives a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to succeed in the entertainment business. (The series will also include pageants).
