Pillars: Theory of Change Empowerment: Providing vocational/professional skills to people in vulnerable communities worldwide. Cultural Exchange: Facilitate the exchange of knowledge based on career/skills focused work within our network of international, national and local partners. Entrepreneurship: Promote and reinforce the spirit of local knowledge, resources and skills for innovation and community improvement. Mentorship: Each one teaches one. Connecting people where they are in life with others to uplift, educate and empower.

ABOUT ME:- Social Enterprise

Neanda Salvaterra is an editor and writer. Most recently, she worked as a senior reporter at Agenda, a Financial Times publication, where she covered issues including executive compensation and rising investor interest in environmental, social, and governance matters. Previously, she spent almost a decade working at The Wall Street Journal, where she wrote about the oil business, the global transition to renewable energy, and U.S. foreign policy on Africa. Ms. Salvaterra holds a degree in political economy from the City University of New York and a masters in journalism from Columbia University.
